Leading home care agency's Human Resources department invites qualified applicants to apply for a position requiring strong customer service skills and an interest in participating as a member of a collaborative human resources team.  Full-time position with benefits.  EOE  Position open until filled.

Will provide general human resources support.  May be responsible for activities such as applicant screening, new hire paperwork and data entry, background checks, I-9 tracking, employment verifications, benefit administration, workers' compensation and HRIS sytem.  Will answer employee questions and support branch managers in other locations with employee related matters.  Complies and prepares reports and documents pertaining to human resources activities.

High School graduate; Associate or Bachlor's degree preferred in related field.  Proficient in MS Office and prior experience with HRIS systems required.  Excellent customer service and communication skills a must.  Ability to maintain confidentiality important.  2-4 years experience.
