Great management opportunity.  A Plus Health Care is a leading and growing Montana home care agency.  We are seeking a Program Manager for our Butte office. The position is full-time with a great benefit package. 

The position combines aspects of business development with the unique personal touch of health care.

Lead your own teams and join a great team of branch managers.

Duties:

The regional manager provides operational oversight in the delivery of home care. This includes
- selecting, hiring and training homecare employees to meet our clients needs.
- serving as a representative and resource in the development of new programs, referrals and community care contacts.
- managing and engaging in customer satisfaction, quality care, safety, staffing as well as business development, human relations and financial management (with support from off-site team in accounting, payroll, accounts payable, billing, human resources, and recruiting).

- hands-on day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

Must have proven management skills; health care background preferred. BA/BS or equivalent education and experience.  Must have excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations. Comfortable and competent in the use of business computer programs such as Microsoft Office required. Must also have the ability to travel and to participate in local community care needs.
